  • Dissemination of the Qolstar vision, its core principles, and its potential impact on the future of humanity.
Phase: 2

Genesis

  • Opening of applications and selection of the "Auctor" Founding Fathers to elaborate, refine, and approve the initial Living Constitution, laying the legal and ideological foundations of Qolstar.
Phase: 3

Florentia

  • Opening of applications and selection of the "Fautor" Founding Fathers. Commencement of the physical construction of the first Qolstar city and implementation of its fundamental systems, bringing the Qolstar project to life.
Phase: 4

Ad Astra

  • Completion of the integration of Qolstar's systems and welcoming of the first citizens, initiating its economic and social growth, and looking towards the future, with a focus on expansion, replicability of the model, and, ultimately, space exploration.
